The biggest creative challenge in this project was to visually translate the combination of fast paced EDM-Beats with the more mellow, almost nostalgic mood of the lyrics.
The solution was to create an overarching story inspired by the lyrics about a couple that is the process of breaking up. Told from his perspective, the protagonist is reviewing the shared experiences in the relationship, just before finally letting go of her.
Together with the artist we designed an additional intro and outro music and video sequence to frame the story and the song and shot during the production of the music video additional video and poto content to create a campaign around the song release.
